Order & Delivery

How long does delivery take?
In-stock products are usually delivered to your address within 1-3 business days after order confirmation. Delivery to major cities is generally faster.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is completely free for orders of 500 ₺ and above. A shipping fee of 49.90 ₺ applies to orders below this amount.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, your tracking number is sent via email. You can also track your order status under My Account > My Orders.

Product & Compatibility

Can I search by product number or barcode?
Yes. You can quickly find the relevant stationery product by entering its barcode or model number into the search box.
Can I filter products by age group?
Yes. On the product listing page, use age group and grade level filters to easily list stationery suitable for your child.
Are bulk orders (school/institution) available?
Yes. Bulk order benefits are available for schools and institutions. Apply as a dealer to take advantage of B2B prices.

Payment & Security

Which payment methods are accepted?
You can pay by credit card, debit card, or bank transfer/EFT. All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.
Is installment payment available?
3-9 installment options are available through partner banks. Installment options are shown on the payment page.

Returns & Warranty

What are the return conditions?
Unused stationery products in original packaging and undamaged condition can be returned within 30 days. Opened or used products are not eligible for return.
Are products under warranty?
All our stationery products are covered by manufacturer warranty. Warranty period varies by brand and product, but the standard period is 24 months.
